The successful candidate will play a key role in coordinating subcontractor documentation, managing compliance tracking, and supporting project operations. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and manage the Subcontractor pre-qualification process
Administer and distribute Master Agreements for Subcontractors
Review Agreement modifications providing advice and interpretation to Operations team.
Analyze and manage required compliance documents including contractor’s license, certificates of insurance, insurance endorsements & lien releases
Issue Work Authorizations & Change Orders
Review and process Subcontractor monthly invoices
Assist Subcontractors & internal Project Manager’s with contract or status inquiries
Support month-end and year-end close activities
Monitor timely submission of Certified Payroll & Owner Controlled Insurance Program as related to compliance
Maintain compliant audit files and support internal and external audit requests
Maintain current knowledge of relevant subcontract procedures and practices Special projects as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION:
Four plus years of experience in a legal, insurance, or contract environment.
Previous contract-review exposure.
Experience in subcontractor or vendor administration, preferably in the construction industry.
Ability to travel to the United States periodically for training and team meetings as required.
Strong written communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to read and review contracts.
Self-starter with leadership potential.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Customer service–focused mindset.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATION:
Working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Prior accounts-payable or construction project-coordination experience.
Post-secondary training in business administration, legal studies, or similar field.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $75,000 D.O.E
