- Support content production – whether in-store, in-studio, or at events – from
creative brainstorming and casting to product coordination and set styling.
- Pitch fresh, platform-first content ideas that capture cultural moments and
resonate with Gen Z and Gen Alpha audiences.
- Build and maintain our digital content library – organizing assets, images,
and videos to keep creative operations running smoothly.
- Work with PR team to align influencer collaborations with social strategies
and help identify up-and-coming creators who reflect our brand values.
- Engage with our community through comments, DMs, and conversation, turning
followers into brand advocates.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance – using insights to
fine-tune our approach and drive growth and engagement.
- Stay ahead of trends, cultural conversations, and digital innovations,
bringing fresh ideas that keep UNIQLO at the forefront of fashion and
lifestyle culture.
- Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

- A natural storyteller who understands how to create content that’s relevant,
relatable, and real.
- Confident working both behind and in front of the camera when needed.
- Skilled in social media management tools (i.e. Meta Business Suite, Sprout,
Later, Hootsuite) and analytics platforms.
- Proficient in photo/video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut,
or Canva.
- Organized, proactive and adaptable – you thrive in a fast paced, ever
evolving environment.
