URGENT: Part-Time HubSpot Specialist (Hubspot automation and workflow Experience is required)

Description
Maintain and update HubSpot CRM pipelines, contact records, and deal stages.
Build, optimize, and monitor HubSpot workflows, sequences, and automation for marketing and sales processes.
Organize, tag, and segment leads to improve outreach and reporting accuracy.
Generate and maintain HubSpot dashboards to track key performance metrics and campaign results.
Collaborate with the Account Executive and CEO to identify workflow gaps and enhance lead management efficiency.
Assist with related backend tasks such as file organization, vendor coordination, and general administrative work.
Conduct regular database cleanups to ensure consistent and accurate records.
Partner with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to implement CRM best practices and support business objectives.
Hard Requirements:
Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM (not just training or certification-based).
Proven experience setting up automation, sequences, and workflows within HubSpot.
Strong understanding of CRM best practices, sales pipelines, and marketing operations.
Excellent organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
Comfortable handling administrative tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Schedule:
20 hours per week
Monday to Friday
9AM - 1PM Pacific Standard Time Zone
Offer and Benefits:
Weeks 1–6: $5 USD/hour
Weeks 6-12: $6 USD/hour
Weeks 12 onwards:$7 USD/hour
HMO coverage after 1 year of employment.
