Job Description
AIM is currently looking for a Storekeeper for the St-Augustin-de-Desmaures site in Québec, Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
What you’re responsible for:
Receive, inspect, and record incoming deliveries of materials and supplies;
Organize and store inventory in designated warehouse areas using proper labeling and categorization;
Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs and/or warehouse management systems (WMS);
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to sales or distribution schedules;
Monitor stock levels and notify supervisors of shortages or potential supply issues;
Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies;
Ensure warehouse cleanliness, orderliness, and safety standards are maintained at all times;
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies as needed (training provided if necessary);
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and customer service teams to coordinate supply chain activities;
Assist with periodic inventory audits and reporting.
Qualifications
To join our team:
You have experience in a warehouse, inventory, or supply chain environment, preferably;
You have good knowledge of inventory software and basic computer skills;
You demonstrate strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
You are able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods;
You hold a forklift certification (an asset, but not required);
You have good communication and teamwork skills.
