Sunday to Thursday 11:00 pm to 5:30 am.
The Opportunity:
If you are ready to build your skills, cross train on a variety of state-of-the-art insertion equipment and enjoy working for a company with opportunities for advancement, then this is the role for you.
What you will do:
Operate Insertion equipment (Turbo, APS, MPS and EPIC) to process daily client jobs with 100% accuracy and in accordance with client requirements and transfer finished product/output to appropriate area.
Make adjustments to equipment to ensure successful completion of applications/troubleshoot and correct problems as they occur. Reduction of re-work and waste through earliest possible problem identification.
Ensure service commitments are met on a consistent basis with a high degree of quality and accuracy.
Perform regular set-up, maintenance, and cleaning of equipment to ensure all quality control procedures are in place.
Utilization of ADF/JETS effectively and completing proper scanning processes and documentation as required by the ADF system.
Provide training to new operators and basic Departmental training on existing hardware and applications, as required.
Navigation of advanced interface systems and participation in LEAN activities.
Acts as main reference person for both operators and technicians to rectify any equipment issues. Also act as a primary backup for Production Leader when required.
What you need to have to succeed:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 to 3 years related experience
Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Accuracy and detail oriented
Shows initiative, has a can-do attitude
