Customer Service Representative – Busy Warehouse Environment
📍 London, ON | Full-time | On-site
Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where no two
days are the same?
Do you have the patience and professionalism to handle challenging customers
while keeping a positive attitude?
If so, we’d love to have you on our team!
About the Role:
We’re looking for a Customer Service Associate to join our busy warehouse team.
You’ll be the first point of contact for customers who come to the warehouse to
pick-up, do a return or inquire about their orders. The job can be fast-moving,
and at times, customers can be frustrated and seem difficult — so we’re looking
for someone who can stay calm, stay kind and be professional while demonstrating
a solution-based approach to solve problems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with invoices, returns, and general inquiries
- Handle customer complaints or frustrations with professionalism and empathy
- Process orders, payments, and documentation accurately
- Keep your work area organized, tidy, and efficient
- Stay productive during slower periods — help out around the warehouse, keep
the customer service area clean and tidy throughout the day or assist other
team members as time allows
- Work collaboratively with warehouse and management staff to ensure smooth
operations
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and resilience when dealing with difficult or impatient
customers
- A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do — you find ways to stay
busy and helpful
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous customer service experience (retail or a similar environment is an
asset)
Why You’ll Love Working Here:
- Supportive team environment
- Busy, active workplace — no time to get bored!
- Opportunities to learn and grow within the company
If you take pride in keeping things running smoothly, can handle challenges with
a smile, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves when needed, we’d love to meet
you.
