Overview
Work shift: Mon-Fri (6 am - 6 pm)
The Inventory Analyst is responsible for ensuring that inventory balances are fairly stated and that cost accounting is accurate. The Inventory Analyst will provide training and on-going support to the plant personnel. The Inventory Analyst must ensure that all accounting, internal controls and inventory procedures are in compliance with PepsiCo policies. The Inventory Analyst will provide ongoing support to inventory operators in the field by identifying opportunities for improvements to processes and/or internal controls. The Inventory Analyst will promote an environment of open communication and teamwork. The Inventory Analyst will take ownership of our product rotation to ensure FIFO is followed and maintained. The Inventory Analyst will support our Warehouse and Deployment teams to ensure our Order Fill Rate is achieved.

Compensation: $56,700-$92,400
Responsibilities
Maintain accuracy of accounting records and ensure proper code maintenance
Reconcile full goods inventory for the warehouse and analyze daily, weekly, and period-end inventory counts
Troubleshoot inventory variances as needed
Enter bills of lading, purchases, and transfers (daily)
Monitor day supply and replenish product to meet daily inventory needs
Participate in period close process consistent with GCS control standards
Ensure effective supervision of the inventory function
Ensure adequate internal controls
Ensure inventory department provides effective support to the business and continuously identify improvement opportunities
Proper rotation of our products (PQI management)
Manage weekly PQI reporting
Monitor Order Fill Rate (OFR) and create and execute action plans to improve daily OFR
Support the warehouse team in creating action plans to manage daily warehouse capacity of full goods pallets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree is an asset
Accounting designation or equivalent (equivalent = business experience)
Previous people leadership is a plus
Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency in MS Office; SAP is a plus
Solid oral presentation skills required
Ability to work a flexible schedule
