What you will do We are seeking a Manager of Digital Strategy and Planning to drive omni-channel value across our organization. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our Digital transformation by quarterbacking the Digital multi-year integrated planning process from ideation to CBAs and in-year performance measurement against timelines and KPIs. You will oversee the annual Digital Product planning process, Digital performance management, and ensuring alignment across Senior Leadership teams. Digital Strategy Develop and manage the horizon Digital capability goals and objectives, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision Stay informed and communicate monthly on industry benchmarks and emerging trends to ensure our Digital strategies remain innovative and competitive Build and maintain an end-to-end multi-year digital roadmap, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives Digital Product Annual Planning Own and manage the intake process for web and app enhancements across the enterprise Develop a Digital capital plan that prioritizes high-value initiatives, structuring, and setting up these initiatives in Planview Facilitate cross-functional workshops to brainstorm ideas and prioritize initiatives; manage trade-off conversations Coordinate Cost-Benefit Analysis (CBA) storytelling, review cycles, and timely approvals Assess resources based on strategic priorities and feasibility Digital Performance Management Collect metrics, outcomes, and insights to create comprehensive monthly and quarterly Digital scorecards that track Digital KPI performance and drivers of digital performance Organize and facilitate weekly performance meetings with the Digital Senior Leadership Team and cross-functional partners Facilitate and organize Digital Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) across CCO and COO SLT. Coordinate Digital QBRs with VP and AVP teams across Digital Product, Digital Operations, eCommerce Fulfillment, TMO, and Commercial IT teams Digital Storytelling Own the creation of integrated communications and press releases showcasing digital outcomes Assist VP Digital Experience and VP Digital Operations with preparing internal and external presentations Assist in fostering and promoting a strong Digital culture and performance mindset Serve as a versatile team player by backfilling for other team members during peak periods or absences What you Bring University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in strategy, product planning, or performance management roles, preferably within a Digital or technology-focused environment. Expertise in stakeholder management, including leading executive-level committees and councils. Proven track record in change management and adoption of new processes or technologies.
