Case studies using leading actuarial application AXIS. Examine key types of insurance products and their pricing and valuation. Review representative developments in insurance regulations in US, Europe and Canada. Other topics include a brief introduction of the use of AI in life insurance.

Salary
$54.27 per hour plus vacation pay
Qualifications: Academic background in statistical sciences, actuarial science, statistics or biostatistics. Must be familiar with the actuarial software AXIS.
Description of duties: Any or all of the following: tutorial teaching, grading term tests, invigilating term tests and final exams, grading homework and/or quizzes, setting tutorial quizzes.
This position includes the completion of any course work and marking not finished by April 30, 2026.
