Your Team The Enterprise Customer & Operations team (EC&O) enables ASX to improve customer experiences and interactions, deliver simplified processes and services, integrate delivery planning and capability and drive consistency of standards. The Strategic Execution team within EC&O is responsible for: Enterprise Delivery: the Centre of Excellence for delivery practices & governance Enterprise Strategic Execution: translating Strategy into effective execution Process Improvement: strategic transformation through process engineering ASX Data Office: Data management and Data governance Your responsibilities As a People Leader at ASX, you will not only be responsible for the core duties outlined below, but also for providing leadership, mentoring team members, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive team environment that encourages innovation and accountability (as articulated in our Leadership Principles). Your specific responsibilities include: Guide the organisation to translate strategic objectives into initiatives with clear, measurable outcomes Provide governance over ASX’s portfolio of initiatives, including timely and data driven reporting and insights on strategic progress. This includes accountability for the Monthly Business Review, Quarterly Business Review and Quarterly Planning processes to ensure the portfolio is appropriately monitored Lead the continual transformation of ASX’s delivery framework to a more strategically aligned continuous delivery model Lead the Optimisation program to deliver operational and customer experience improvements Lead the ASX Data Office to provide the ASX Data Strategy, the framework and governance for managing data and a centre of excellence for data capability Lead the Enterprise Change Management efforts, supporting the organisation through periods of transformation and ensuring that initiatives are effectively planned, communicated and implemented Drive cross-functional collaboration with executive and leadership teams Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. Your experience and qualifications Must have Tertiary and/or Post Graduate qualifications in related areas Demonstrated ability to help shape overall strategy and to deliver results & programs Held previous leadership positions, building and leading high performing teams Demonstrated ability to implement commercially focussed frameworks, policies and processes Experience in program and project management including enterprise governance Demonstrated experience in risk management Extensive knowledge of external environmental issues relevant to financial services, program delivery, data management and enterprise transformation Nice to have Experience with Transformation Initiatives Experience in Regulatory and Compliance Environments Familiarity with APRA, ASIC, or other financial services regulatory bodies, ensuring enterprise initiatives meet compliance obligations Stakeholder Engagement in Complex Environments Demonstrated success managing and influencing diverse stakeholder groups, including board-level engagement Strong Commercial Acumen Experience championing workplace diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment We make hiring decisions based on your skills, capabilities and experience, and how you’ll help us to live our values.
