Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily siding installation activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, safety standards, and company policies.
Plan, schedule, and coordinate work assignments for siding crews and subcontractors.
Inspect job sites regularly to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with building codes.
Collaborate with project managers and site superintendents to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
Monitor materials usage and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain clear communication with clients, site staff, and head office.
Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
Enforce health and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in siding installation or exterior construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of various siding materials and installation techniques.
Proven ability to lead and motivate teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Knowledge of workplace safety procedures and building codes.
