About the role:
As a Merchant Growth Specialist, you’ll focus on re-engaging a segment of Financeit’s merchant base that has become inactive. Your mission is to help these merchants rediscover the value of our financing solutions through proactive outreach, personalized training, and ongoing support, ultimately setting them up for consistent, long-term success.
You’re a motivated self-starter who enjoys building relationships and seeing results. Organized, proactive, and confident, you communicate with ease, think quickly on your feet, and take pride in helping others grow their business.
What you'll do:
Make a high volume of calls to inactive merchants in pursuit of booking follow up meetings to do training, review promotions or completed discovery.
Teach merchants how to use our set of tools to position financing and offer monthly payments.
Teach merchants how to sell monthly payments including presentations and objections handling.
Get inactive merchants ramped up and generate consistent volume.
Develop and execute training sessions with new merchants on the Financeit platform.
Maintain accountability through daily and weekly reporting of all sales activities.
Use expert product knowledge and sales consultation to drive financing adoption.
1+ years of experience is sales or customer service. B2B experience is ideal.
Experience in consumer lending, SaaS or financial services is preferred.
Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM tools.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Confident and professional speaking and presentation abilities.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
