Your role as Vice President, Marketing
You will lead Dialogue’s marketing strategy and execution to drive growth and market leadership. You’ll oversee all marketing functions, with a focus on strengthening product marketing to clearly define and communicate Dialogue’s differentiators, and supporting go-to-market success across all programs and services.
What you'll be doing
Lead the Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Brand, and Content teams to deliver on growth objectives
Build and execute marketing strategies that position Dialogue as a market leader
Develop clear product positioning and messaging that differentiate Dialogue from competitors and resonate with key audiences
Partner with Product, Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success to align go-to-market plans, product launches, and campaign priorities
Establish marketing performance metrics, ensuring resources are focused on impact and ROI
We'd love to hear from you if you have
10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including strong experience in product marketing and go-to-market leadership
3+ years experience leading and developing a high-performing marketing team or serving as a senior marketing leader in a fast-growing organization
Proven success driving growth and positioning for SaaS or health tech products
Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to turn market insights into action
A hands-on leadership style and ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Experience in healthcare, insurance, or employee benefits sectors (optional)
