You will play a key role in leading and executing growth marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and sales across the Pet Care division. You will contribute to marketing campaigns spanning the TELUS Health MyPet app, the TELUS Health MyPet Store eCommerce platform, and other customer channels, helping drive growth and ensuring the division’s value proposition and brand are consistent and compelling across all customer touchpoints. You will also support the management of the eCommerce store by optimizing product promotions, merchandising, and be responsible for the customer experience. In addition, you will gain hands-on exposure to lifecycle marketing programs and be part of a highly engaged, purpose-driven Pet Care division shaping the future of pet care in Canada.
Key responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize growth marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, and owned marketing channels
Oversee the TELUS Health MyPet Store eCommerce platform, including product pricing, promotions, merchandising, copywriting, and enhancing the customer experience to achieve $2M in sales revenue in 2026 and significant growth beyond
Support lifecycle marketing programs, including acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns for both D2C and B2B audiences
Drive the measurement and reporting of marketing performance, contributing to revenue and sales goals across the Pet Care division
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and operations, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment across all customer touchpoints
Create or coordinate marketing content, including copy, images, or collateral, to support the broader Pet Care division
Manage agency and vendor relationships as needed
Contribute to initiatives that strengthen the Pet Care division’s overall value proposition and customer experience
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle:
2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on eCommerce, email marketing, and website management
Hands-on experience or familiarity with email marketing, SEO, SEM/paid digital campaigns, and copywriting
Technical understanding of BigCommerce and Braze, enabling collaboration with engineering and development teams
Understanding of lifecycle marketing principles, with the ability to contribute strategy, ideas, and insights to acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns
Exposure to growth marketing, including campaign planning, performance measurement, and optimization
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, suggest improvements, and solve problems independently
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
Ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams, including product, operations, and virtual care
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and customer data to inform recommendations
Passion for pets and understanding of the pet care ecosystem is a strong asset
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
