Nationex is looking for a person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills for his or her position as a Customer Service Agent.
Opening hours: Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Telecommuting: Presence in the office for the first 2 weeks then 100% telecommuting with occasional presence thereafter

Your responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries by phone (more than 50 per day);
Respond to customer inquiries by email (plus 50 per day);
Establish a relationship of trust with customers in order to increase the level of satisfaction;
Follow up with customers to provide the best possible customer experience.
If you have the following qualifications, we want you on our team:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a call center;
Excellent command of the French language, both oral and written;
Be able to physically move around the office initially as part of the training;
Listen to the client's needs;
Have ease in using computer tools (Outlook, Teams, CRM, automated telephone system, etc.);
Have problem-solving and prioritization skills;
Considering that a large proportion of customers communicate in English, proficiency in this language is required since many daily calls will be in English
Qualities sought:
