What You’ll Do: Assesses short-term talent needs in partnership with AVPs and recommend strategies that align talent development with business goals; supports the full talent lifecycle including workforce planning, succession, promotions, and internal mobility Collaborate with the Manager of HRBP and HR COEs to identify and implement innovative people management and labour relations practices; empower leaders to take greater ownership of people-related responsibilities Advises on labour relations strategies, facilitate Labour Management Meetings, and contributes to the preparation of reports and recommendations for collective bargaining negotiations Partners with facility AVPs to provide subject matter expertise across core HR programs including onboarding, performance management, talent acquisition, total rewards, talent development, and inclusion & diversity About You: Post-secondary education in related field, e.g. Human Resources, Labour Relations or similar considered an asset Minimum five (5) years of experience in Associate Relations, Labour / Industrial Relations, Law or similar relevant field; with some people management / leadership experience is an asset Strong facilitation, negotiation, problem solving and dispute resolution skills with ability to be creative, resourceful, and pragmatic with a solution-focused attitude Strong analytical skills with proven ability to use information in developing strategies, plans, policies and solutions that meet department and business needs Demonstrated people management skills including coaching, providing advice and guidance to Associates to resolve issues/problems; evaluating performance and providing feedback to team members; participate in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff Strong project management skills utilizing multiple sources of information to develop project plans; knowledge of and ability to use project reporting systems an asset Posting Details: Posting End Date: November 11th, 2025 Additional Information: Candidates aged 18 and over will be required to undergo a criminal record check as part of the hiring process. The salary offered may be higher than the posted range depending on several factors such as relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
