Job Summary: Our Nisku Tanks division manages tanks from 1,000 L to 80,000 L with setups unique to every customer. Reporting to the Service Manager, the Shop Laborer is required to work on fuel tanks and prepare them for the next job. This involves setting the tanks up as per the customer's request with pumps, hoses, nozzles, and other items. New employees can learn on the job, and safety training is provided.
Your Schedule
Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday schedule, 8 AM-5 PM, occasional overtime.

What you will do day-to-day:
- Regular repairs and maintenance of the fuel tanks and equipment coming into the shop.
- Remove and install piping, hoses, valves, etc., on petroleum storage tanks.
- Housekeeping activities to maintain a safe work environment within the Shop and yard.
- General labor items like painting, decal removal, fuel transfers, and cleaning.
- Work with Welders, electricians, and other trades as required.
- Operating wheel loader/forklift/overhead cranes
What you need to succeed:
- A mechanically inclined person who enjoys a variety of tasks and is willing to learn.
- 3+ years’ experience in a shop/field or mechanical environment.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Clean Driving record
- Professional Attitude
- This is a physical job, so you must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
