Your role as Talent Enablement Specialist, Operations
As a key member of our Talent Enablement team, you will play an essential role in delivering a seamless employee experience. You’ll provide thoughtful HR support to employees and managers, ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence, empathy, and operational efficiency. Through guidance and collaboration across Talent & Culture, you’ll help bring our Talent Enablement philosophy to life: enabling people to perform at their best and supporting the organization’s strategic goals.
What you'll be doing
Play a key role in bringing our Talent Enablement philosophy to life by responding to HR inbox requests with empathy, expertise, and a focus on enabling people and managers to perform at their best. More precisely, you will:
Act as a trusted advisor to employees and managers by addressing inquiries, resolving HR-related challenges, and ensuring a positive employee experience.
Support employee relations matters with discretion and sound judgment.
Administer and coordinate medical leaves, return-to-work processes, and business accommodation requests.
Lead the coordination of immigration processes.
Conduct exit interviews.
Respond to and manage ad hoc requests, ensuring timely and effective support across various T&C and Talent Enablement activities.
Serve as a backup to the Talent Enablement Coordinator when needed, providing seamless coverage and support to ensure operational continuity.
Contribute to the continuous optimization of Talent & Culture operational processes to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Partner with Talent & Culture Business Partners to support ongoing initiatives and organizational priorities.
Support the design, implementation, measurement, and continuous improvement of scalable talent programs that span the full employee lifecycle (e.g., performance management, organizational design, career development, and talent mobility).
We'd love to hear from you if you have
Minimum of 3 years of HR experience;
Track record of outstanding performance;
Preference to work in a high-pace and ambiguous work environment;
Excellent organizational and detail-orientation skills;
High commitment to customer service and results;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
Please note that as we serve customers across Canada, bilingualism is essential for this position. You may be required to communicate in French and English.
