We use ServiceNow to manage requests and ITSM practices. Through a mixture of writing code and configuring the system, these roles will help evolve ServiceNow to enable employees across Canada in their roles and advance how the program is used to meet FCC’s strategic plan. The Senior Developer will also provide mentorship and guidance to other developers and will help influence our ServiceNow strategy. The Developer position will be responsible for implementing team strategies and rigorously following established development guidelines.
