What you will do:
Lead and inspire your team of Recovery Associates, fostering an environment where performance thrives, customer satisfaction soars, and professional growth is a priority.
Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team check-ins to keep everyone on the same page, boost engagement, and nurture a positive, collaborative culture.
Monitor performance, identify training needs, and provide guidance to ensure continuous improvement and development.
Coordinate daily tasks and workflows, ensuring your team meets service levels, quality expectations, and productivity targets.
Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness, making every day better than the last.
Be the go-to resource for your team, providing support, answering questions, and resolving issues with ease.
Oversee adherence to internal procedures and service standards, keeping a close eye on key performance indicators.
Manage high-profile cases and authorize high-dollar claims.
Utilize AI tools (like ChatGPT or similar) to streamline workflows, solve problems efficiently, and boost team productivity.
What you will bring:
An associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience, plus at least 3 years in a customer-focused call center environment.
Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience, with a proven track record in coaching, team development, and performance management.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle challenges head-on.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service abilities to connect and inspire.
Solid organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively and keep things running smoothly.
Comfortable using modern tools and technology to drive efficiency and improve outcomes.

What we offer
Annual base pay range is $43,775- $64,141
Actual base pay may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. Employees may also qualify for performance-based bonuses, merit increases, and other incentives based on individual and company performance. The availability and amount of these additional compensation elements are determined by company policy and may vary.
