About the Business Development Department
At UPS, our Business Development team is the driving force behind our growth. Our Account Executive acts as a consultative partner—building strong client relationships, builds tailored UPS solutions and negotiates agreements to drive both revenue growth and customer success.

Job Summary
This mid-level business development position develops and manages a portfolio of B2B and B2C customers within a defined territory. This role focuses on prospecting and acquiring new business, while also retaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Acting as a consultative partner, the Account Executive assesses customer needs, builds tailored solutions, and negotiates agreements to drive both UPS revenue growth and customer success.
Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent / Hybrid
Workdays: Monday to Friday (must be able to work ALL 5 days of the week)
Shift Hours: 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM (must be able to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week)
Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time)
Work Location: 2385 HERTEL SHERBROOKE, QC J0B 2S0
Salary Wage: $4.837 per month
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Proactively prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding customer needs and positioning UPS as a strategic logistics partner.
Conduct in-person client meetings and presentations to deliver tailored solutions.
Manage and expand an assigned book of business through retention, cross-sell, and upsell strategies.
Negotiate and prepare comprehensive logistics solutions that align with customer objectives.
Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position UPS’s value.
Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure seamless customer onboarding and service delivery.

Requirements
Plus 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in logistics, transportation, or a related industry – Required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills: French 90% / English 10%
Level of French needed: proficiency
Level of English needed: intermediate
Intermediate or advanced computer skills: Word, Excel, and Outlook (Microsoft Office)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong financial and market knowledge
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Meets local age and operations requirements to operate a vehicle
Willing to travel on the own territory – only on road | Class 5 License
Availability to work flexible hours and provides own vehicle for business
