About Apollo
At Apollo Scooters, we’re redefining urban mobility with electric scooters that blend performance, design, and technology. From sleek form factors to best-in-class ride quality, our brand stands for innovation, reliability, and an obsession with user experience.
We’re looking for a mid- to senior-level contract graphic designer to help elevate our brand visuals across every customer touchpoint — from digital campaigns to packaging and in-store displays. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and product teams to bring our creative vision to life during an exciting period of growth.
The Role
As a contract graphic designer, you’ll be responsible for producing high-quality creative assets that align with Apollo’s premium and modern aesthetic. You’ll work across digital and print, adapting our visual identity for a variety of formats — from product packaging and user manuals to ad campaigns, landing pages, and email marketing. You’ll be a key creative contributor ensuring brand consistency, attention to detail, and storytelling that inspires and converts.
Responsibilities
Brand and campaign design
Create visually striking digital ads, social graphics, and email layouts that align with ongoing campaigns such as seasonal promotions and product launches.
Develop creative concepts that push Apollo’s visual direction forward while maintaining brand consistency.
Print and physical assets
Design packaging, manuals, in-store merchandising materials, and other print collateral.
Prepare final artwork for production with proper specs, dielines, and print standards.
Digital and web design
Design and optimize digital assets for the website, product pages, and landing pages.
Support occasional UX/UI tasks such as wireframes or layout improvements for the website or app (a plus, not a requirement).
Creative collaboration
Work closely with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to translate ideas into cohesive visuals.
Interpret briefs and contribute strategic design thinking to enhance engagement and conversion.
Qualifications
5+ years of professional design experience (agency or in-house)
Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or similar tools for digital/UX work is an asset
Proven ability to design across print and digital mediums, including packaging, physical collateral, and digital marketing assets
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and visual hierarchy
Experience working within established brand systems and knowing when to evolve them thoughtfully
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and iterate based on feedback
Passion for design that moves industries forward, ideally with an interest in sustainability, tech, or mobility
Bonus Skills
UX/UI design capabilities (Figma, Webflow, or similar)
Experience in motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
Photography or 3D visualization skills
What We Offer
Flexible remote work schedule (10–20 hours per week)
Collaborative and fast-paced creative environment
Opportunity to shape the visual language of a category-leading brand in the mobility space
Potential for long-term collaboration based on fit and performance
