As a Branch Administrator, you’ll provide clerical and administrative support, manage office resources, and assist with branch events and operational tasks. Job Description: Provide direction and support to resolve day-to-day administrative challenges. Manage technician gear acquisition, transfers, locker access lists, and keys. Assist with accurate record-keeping and documentation. Manage reception duties and create a welcoming environment for visitors. Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the branch is well-equipped. Conduct miscellaneous computer updates and troubleshoot issues. Assist in organizing branch events (lunches, executive visits, etc.). Provide general administrative support to the Manager as needed. Day-to-Day Activities: Coordinate office supply orders and maintain inventory. Update and maintain branch records and documentation. Support branch staff with administrative and technical needs. Prepare for and assist with branch events and executive visits. Respond to inquiries and provide reception coverage. Requirements: Related experience in an office environment is an asset. Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience in handling computer-related issues. Important: This position is based out of our Fort McKay branch. Temporary, full-time role for 12 months with possibility for extension. Monday – Friday, 5x2 schedule.
