Sommaire du poste :
Sous la supervision du Chef d'Équipe - Test Unitaire de Production, le titulaire du poste participera au développement de tests en production et à la maintenance des systèmes d’OPAL-RT. Le poste est en présentiel, 5 jours par semaine.
Principales responsabilités :
Effectuer et maintenir les tests unitaires sur les cartes électroniques OPAL-RT et celles des fournisseurs externes;
Utiliser les instruments de mesure appropriés (multimètre, oscilloscope, alimentation, VM) pour effectuer les diagnostics, validations et vérifications électriques;
Analyser les résultats, identifier les non-conformités et supporter la gestion des NCR auprès des fournisseurs;
Réparer les cartes défectueuses au besoin;
Application de PMBs;
Contribuer à la rédaction et à la mise à jour des procédures de test;
Collaborer avec les équipes de R&D, de qualité et de production pour améliorer la testabilité et la fiabilité des produits.
Toute autre tâche nécessaire au bon fonctionnement du département.
Exigences :
Scolarité : DEC en génie industriel, électronique industrielle ou autre formation pertinente;
Expérience : 1 à 3 ans dans un département de production;
Connaissances requises : MS Office, Altium, JIRA, Business Central;
Connaissances linguistiques : Français obligatoire. Bonnes compétences en anglais pour l’utilisation de logiciels spécialisés qui existent uniquement en anglais;
Compétences recherchées : Organisation, rigueur et détermination, autonomie, gestion des priorités, bonne communication interpersonnelle, jugement, capacité d’analyse, capacité d’adaptation, lecture de schémas électroniques, diagnostic de pannes et soudure de composants CMS.

Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Production Team Lead - Incoming, this position will participate in production test development and maintenance of OPAL-RT systems. This position requires to be on site 5 days a week.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform and maintain unit testing on OPAL-RT electronic boards and those from external suppliers;
Use appropriate measurement instruments (multimeter, oscilloscope, power supply, VM) to carry out diagnostics, validations, and electrical verifications;
Analyze results, identify non-conformities, and support the management of NCRs with suppliers;
Repair defective boards when necessary;
Apply PMBs;
Contribute to the writing and updating of test procedures;
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to improve product testability and reliability;
Perform any other tasks required for the proper functioning of the department.
Requirements :
Education: DEC in industrial engineering, industrial electronics or other relevant training;
Experience: 1 to 3 years in a production department;
Knowledge required: MS Office , Altium, JIRA, Business Central;
Language skills: French required. Good English skills for using specialized software available only in English;
Skills required: Organization, rigor and determination, autonomy, priority management, good interpersonal communication, judgment, analytical ability, adaptability, ability to read electronic schematics, troubleshoot failures, and solder SMD components.
