Electrical Supervisor Where will you work: - Esterhazy K3 Site, Saskatchewan, Canada About the role The Supervisor, Electrical Maintenance is responsible for planning and scheduling of all electrical maintenance and capital projects. This position is responsible for helping to ensure that safety, environmental, production and project timeline goals are met. What will you do? Oversee and manage the backlog of work orders, ensuring timely scheduling and allocation of manpower. Provide mentorship and guidance to trades personnel; conduct regular inspections of job sites to ensure quality and safety standards. Supervise short-term and long-term contractors and actively troubleshoot production-related issues to minimize downtime. Plan and coordinate electrical maintenance activities, including budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of necessary materials. Lead and facilitate safety meetings to promote a culture of health and safety across the team. Perform additional duties as assigned, supporting operational needs and team objectives. What you’ll need: Valid Journeyperson Electrician certification. High School Diploma or GED required; completion of a Technical Secondary School program in a related field is preferred. Proven experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial or commercial setting. Proficiency with Maximo or similar computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
