Areas of Expertise Support of experimental rig testing consisting of: Planning and supporting hardware modifications and instrumentation as required Test vehicle configuration management Planning and support of test vehicle assembly Planning and support test execution Process and document results Key Responsibilities Provides technical/operational support to the Experimental Rigs team. Provides turn-key validation vehicles to the analytical community. Develops strategies to assess and monitor the quality of the data produced by their vehicle. Develops new procedures, techniques and/or equipment to meet component and system level testing objectives. Relies on experience and judgement to plan and accomplish assigned tasks and goals. Required Job Qualifications Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering with a minimum of 2 years experience. An extensive knowledge of mechanical drafting, physics, instrumentation, data acquisition systems and/or control systems.
