Job Description: RESPONSABILITÉS Assister la cheffe cuisinière et la remplacer lorsque nécessaire ; Préparer les repas d’après les menus ; Préparer la pause-café et s’assurer que les collations en soirée sont disponibles et prêtes ; Tenir l’inventaire des produits à jour, faire la rotation des aliments ; Utiliser les denrées avec sagesse afin de minimiser les pertes ; Placer les restes dans des contenants et ranger les aliments pour la conservation ;Nettoyer les postes de travail et la salle à dîner, les armoires, les comptoirs, les accessoires et les planchers tous les jours; Recevoir et entreposer des produits de cuisine ; Recueillir les donations ; Exécuter les repas lors des occasions spéciales (Pâques, Noël, etc.) ; Se conformer au plan de sécurité et de gestion des risques ; Participer au bon fonctionnement de l’Abri d’espoir et assurer le respect de ses règlements ; Effectuer toute autre tâche connexe demandée par son superviseur. SCOLARITÉ ET EXPÉRIENCE PROFESSIONNELLE Études, compétences, diplômes DES ou DEP dans une discipline appropriée. Minimum 1 à 3 années d’expériences ou toute autre combinaison d’études/expériences pertinente. Maîtrise du français essentielle, maîtrise de l’anglais un atout. Formations MAPAQ à jour (l'hygiène et salubrité, manipulation d'aliments). Connaissance du Guide alimentaire canadien. Compensation: The target hiring range for this position is $17.86 to $22.32 with a maximum of $26.79. Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions, internal equity, and candidate experience, skills, and qualifications relevant to the role.
