ELITS is now looking for an AI Readiness Specialist in our operations in Anywhere in Eastern Time Zone.
About the Role:
Join our team as an AI Readiness Specialist and help us transform our organization by advancing our capabilities across Cisco’s six AI readiness pillars: Strategy, Infrastructure, Data, Governance, Talent, and Culture.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct readiness assessments across teams and departments using Cisco’s AI Readiness Index as a benchmark.
• Identify gaps and strengths in AI knowledge, technology infrastructure, governance, and organizational culture.
• Collaborate closely with IT, business, and other teams to implement concrete improvements in processes, data management, and technology adoption.
• Deliver hands-on enablement: guide pilot AI projects, assist teams in integrating new AI tools, and ensure practices align with best governance principles.
• Support upskilling efforts and foster a culture of innovation by promoting continuous learning and adaptation.
• Track progress and provide actionable feedback to stakeholders on readiness improvement.
Requirements:
• Practical experience working on digital transformation or AI-related projects, ideally with a focus on implementation and process improvement.
• Knowledge of AI fundamentals, enterprise infrastructure, data management, and change enablement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills—comfortable working with technical and non-technical groups.
• Ability to train, coach, and support teams through culture and technology changes for AI readiness.
• Opinionated about ethical AI practices and responsible governance.
• Degree in technology, business, or related field preferred.
