We are currently seeking an E-Commerce/Catalog & Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team at Senville.
Responsibilities
Manage product catalogs across various e-commerce platforms, including our own website, Amazon, Walmart, Best Buy, and eBay.
Oversee the product catalog and publishing process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of product data.
Coordinate promotions across platforms in line with tentpole events.
Prepare, analyze, and present merchandising reports, reviewing performance to generate actionable insights that inform decision-making.
Work with the marketing coordinator to improve product images and listing content.
Manage and grow Senville’s social media presence across key platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
Create and schedule engaging social media content to promote products, campaigns, and brand awareness.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
5 years of e-commerce experience.
3 years of experience working with Shopify or BigCommerce.
3 years of experience with third-party platforms like Amazon and eBay.
Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or company is an asset.
