Brown's Plus seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and nutrition-minded Cafeteria Manager to oversee daily food service operations. The successful candidate will ensure students receive healthy, appealing meals in a clean, efficient, and welcoming environment. Job Responsibilities
Manage daily cafeteria operations, including food preparation, service, and cleanup.
Supervise and train cafeteria staff; schedule shifts and monitor performance.
Ensure compliance with PPM 150 program and health unit safety regulations.
Maintain accurate inventory, order supplies, and manage budgets effectively.
All necessary paperwork ( sales report, labour report).
Promote a positive dining experience and support student wellness initiatives.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
ed field preferred)Prior experience in food service management or school nutrition programs.
Knowledge of food safety standards ( food Handlers certification preferred).
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive team environment.
