Job Summary
We are seeking a Junior Graphic Designer who combines creativity, technical skill, and strong organizational abilities. This role is ideal for a versatile designer who not only enjoys creating compelling visuals but also thrives in maintaining structure and efficiency across digital workflows.
You will play a dual role: supporting the creative development of branded materials while ensuring the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform. The right candidate is a self-starter who communicates effectively, collaborates well within cross-functional teams, and remains calm and solution-oriented under pressure.

Main Responsibilities
Graphic Design
· Conceptualize and produce high-quality design assets for a variety of mediums, including digital, print, social media, presentations, and internal communications.
· Translate creative briefs into engaging visual solutions that align with brand standards and strategic objectives.
· Adapt and reformat creative materials for multiple channels and audiences while maintaining consistency in visual identity and tone.
· Collaborate closely with the Brand Strategy team to deliver design solutions that meet both creative and functional needs.
· Work within established brand guidelines and contribute new ideas that enhance visual storytelling and audience engagement.
· Prepare accurate, print- and web-ready production files, ensuring quality and adherence to specifications.
· Participate actively in creative discussions, providing design input and constructive feedback to peers.
Digital Asset Management
· Optimize CN’s Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform.
· Tag, categorize, and upload creative assets to ensure they are easy to search and retrieve.
· Maintain metadata standards and ensure assets meet brand and usage rights requirements.
· Train internal users on best practices for uploading, searching, and sharing assets.
· Collaborate with I&T and the Vendor to continuously optimize the DAM system and ensure long-term sustainability.
Qualifications
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
· 1–3 years of design experience (internship or agency experience an asset).
· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
· Familiarity with Digital Asset Management systems (e.g., Asset Bank Cloud, Canto, Brandfolder).
· Strong organizational skills and a passion for design layout, typography and digital workflows.
· Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
· Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills.
