The Role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth by selling our products/services to corporate clients.
Who You Are
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience (2–5 years) in B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Industry experience with Hospitality & Education business customers a plus
- Experience selling in Furniture, Appliances and/or Home Goods Space a plus
What You’ll Do
- Confident work through RFP and Custom Quote process
- Identify, prospect, and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and client needs
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with decision-makers at target companies
- Deliver engaging sales presentations, product demos, and proposals to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools
- Provide feedback from clients to inform product development and market strategies
- Develop relationships for potential customers looking for enterprise-related purchases
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendor partners and customer base
- Identify assortment gaps and share needs with B2B Manager
- Understand Furniture and Home Goods market and competition and support evolution of our value propositions

Compensation
Base Salary Range for this role is between $35,000 and $45,000 depending on experience, skills, training and organizational needs. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location.
Commission is a significant percent of your earning; commission earnings are based on a percentage of sales.
