We are currently looking for a Creative Services Manager, Americas who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Sales and Marketing Director, Americas, your focus will be on leading the Americas Creative Team to deliver high-impact regional assets that support our global B2B channel. In this role, you will combine your appreciation for design leadership and process with your capacity for cross-functional collaboration. You will develop skills crucial to advancing in a competitive, fast-paced retail sector, all within a company that prizes dedication and results.

What you will do
Lead the Americas Creative Team in producing digital and print assets for B2B marketing, including photography, video, email, landing pages, packaging, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with Sales and B2B Marketing to define creative projects and campaigns, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Assign projects, manage production schedules, and ensure deadlines are met, communicating progress to key stakeholders.
Maintain high brand standards and regional adaptation of global campaigns in partnership with the Global Brand and Creative Services Team.
Use your own design skills to contribute to project delivery and oversee external freelancers or agencies as needed.
What you should bring
3–5 years of experience in a creative or design leadership role, ideally within marketing or communications.
Strong design skills across digital and print media, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; video editing tools a plus).
Experience managing small teams or freelance creatives, and coordinating multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with B2B marketing and adapting global brand assets for regional execution.
A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Marketing, or a related field; project management or creative software certifications are a plus.
