Roofing Coordinator - Service
Location: Oshawa Office – 1701 Darlington Park Rd, Courtice, ON L1E 2S6
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Salary: $55,000-60,000 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
Reports To: Service Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a Roofing Coordinator to join our Oshawa Service operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable with both technology and fieldwork, and wants to play a key role in keeping projects running smoothly from start to finish.
What You’ll Do
Project Coordination
Assist the Site Supervisor with day-to-day project coordination.
Schedule crews, equipment, and materials to ensure projects stay on track.
Update and maintain project timelines, documentation, and reports.
Site & Quality Support
Conduct site visits as needed to monitor progress, safety, and quality.
Communicate with field staff and ensure specifications and drawings are understood.
Identify and follow up on deficiencies to support project completion.
Client & Team Communication
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and scheduling work.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and manufacturers.
Prepare and distribute leak reports and other client documentation.
Technology & Administration
Use MS Office Suite, SiteDocs, and Jonas (or similar project management software) to track progress, update records, and manage documentation.
Work with the CAD Department to create and update drawings as needed.
Support material and equipment orders in collaboration with the Purchasing Department.
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum 2 years of roofing field experience (required).
Education or training in construction, roofing, or a related field (preferred).
Proven scheduling experience (projects, crews, or service coordination).
Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with SiteDocs, Jonas, or similar construction/project software is an asset.
Safety certifications (e.g., Working at Heights, WHMIS) are considered an asset.
Strong communication and client service skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
Reliable, punctual, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
