The Team Performance Consulting group is looking for a coach/consultant to join their team. The incumbent will actively work with Dominion Securities Advisor and Advisor teams across Canada in a coaching and consulting capacity to build, cultivate and sustain high performing teams. What will you do? Consulting: Facilitate team and individual consulting sessions to help individuals develop leadership skills and capabilities. Consult with Advisor’s and Advisor teams on how to optimize their team investment. Leadership coaching: Work with Advisor’s as a trusted leadership coach, providing 1:1 coaching (Advisor and Advisor Team Members) as well as coaching to the team. Measurement: Contribute as required to track and measure the impact of the coaching/consulting offering and make applicable improvements. Program Management and Support: Provide thought leadership in the execution of coaching and consulting strategies. Continue to seek learning opportunities to be at the forefront of building high performing teams. Teamwork and collaboration: Contribute to the collective team environment. Collaboratively work with peers on service delivery and best practices to offer a best-in-class experience to our Advisor teams. Build collaborative relationships with head office teams, management teams and Advisor teams. What do you need to succeed? Must haves: High quality time management and organization skills Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English Experience in coaching and consulting Adept at communicating plans, progress, and outcomes. Experience developing a high-performance culture in team environments Works well in collaborative and teaming environments Willing to travel across Canada (50-75% travel) Nice-to-have: Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities Experience working in the Wealth Management industry People management experience What’s in it for you?
