About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Support Agent to provide exceptional service to our guests across live chat, email, phone, and social media. You’ll handle inquiries, guide guests through account and payment processes, explain game rules and promotions, and ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to friendly, accurate, and responsible support.
🕓 This is a shift-based role operating from Monday to Sunday, with rotating shifts between 12:00–20:00 and 16:00–00:00.
What You’ll Do
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve account or technical issues.
Educate guests about games, promotions, and responsible play.
Guide guests through payment and verification (KYC) processes.
Escalate complex issues to the relevant teams.
