System and Process Integration:
Gain hands-on experience with the tools and processes that power our operations. You’ll support the integration and optimization of systems used to manage inventory, logistics, and hardware planning. Your work will help ensure data accuracy, process efficiency, and real-time visibility across the supply chain, contributing directly to smoother planning and execution.

Real-Time Inventory and Logistics Coordination:
Support day-to-day inventory control activities, including adjustments such as removing old serial numbers and adding new ones, ensuring accurate status updates, and managing transfers between sites (e.g., from staging to distribution centers). You’ll help coordinate shipments, ensure proper documentation for material movements, and verify that all transactions are accurately recorded.

Schedule Management
In this role, you will gain exposure to how supply schedules are managed in a fast-paced operations environment. You’ll assist in tracking material movements, learning how to identify potential component decommits or slippages early that might impact production schedules. Working closely with the sourcing team and suppliers, you’ll observe and support the process of escalating risks, driving recovery actions, and closing supply gaps to maintain schedule integrity and production continuity. This experience will provide valuable insight into proactive supplier collaboration, logistics coordination, and schedule control in a real-world, high-performance supply chain setting.

Responsibilities & opportunities in this role:
Learn and support the integration and optimization of operational systems used for managing inventory, logistics, and hardware planning.
Assist in ensuring data accuracy, process efficiency, and real-time visibility across the supply chain.
Participate in day-to-day logistics activities, including preparing and maintaining shipping and transfer documentation, and verifying that all material transactions are accurately recorded.
Observe and support the coordination of material movements between sites, ensuring smooth transitions from staging to distribution centers.
Collaborate with the sourcing team and suppliers to monitor material status and delivery schedules
Learn to identify potential component decommits or schedule slippages that may impact production, and assist in the escalation and recovery process to maintain schedule integrity.
Gain hands-on exposure to proactive supplier collaboration, schedule management, and logistics control in a dynamic, high-performance operations environment.
Ideal candidates have/are:
Currently studying Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field.
Ability to work with data and support team analysis with an eye for detail.
Careful and accurate in handling tasks such as data entry and order tracking.
Enthusiastic to pick up new skills, with an interest in supply chain and operations.
Eager to collaborate with others and learn from experienced colleagues.
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting tasks and priorities.
Able to communicate clearly with the team and external partners, both written and verbally.
No ERP Experience Required: Basic computer skills and willingness to learn ERP system (training provided).
Located in the San Francisco Bay Area or in Toronto Canada. Being local to help support various industry events is a big plus.
Must be authorized to work in the United States

Compensation: The US pay range for our technical internships is $30-$50 / per hour. The pay range for our non-technical internships is $30-$40 / per hour. Compensation is determined by your location, skills, qualifications, experience and internal benchmarks. This range is specific to roles in the United States, compensation for candidates outside the USA will be dependent on the local market.
