THE POSITION As an Equipment Service Technician – Service Installation, you will promptly install, maintain and repair dental equipment. You will be responsible for contacting vendors and coordinating repairs sent directly from customers and technicians to vendors. With a persistent focus on customer service, you will provide quality, innovation and high standards of performance to achieve superior customer satisfaction. THE QUALIFICATIONS You are someone who understands the value of strong customer relationships, and you know how to provide a client with great service. You are natural born tinkerer who has a passion for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment. Understanding and working with machinery and equipment is your strong suit. You have great time management skills, organizational skills, and work well under pressure. An education in mechanical or electrical technology is an asset.
