We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with Technology and Business Resilience experience to lead and coordinate the successful delivery of multiple streams of work across a large and critical transformation portfolio. In this role, you will be working closely with workstream leadership team to oversee delivery, support with timeliness and accuracy of reporting and provide delivery assurance per the overarching delivery framework and processes. You will also support centrally to drive alignment across cross-functional teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes. You will also be key in ensuring visibility, accountability, and stakeholder engagement across the project lifecycle. Your responsibilities: You are a core member of the Project Management Capability Community of Practice (CoP). Oversee the Technology Resilience and Business Resilience Stream of the Accelerate Program, ensuring seamless coordination, milestone tracking and outcome realisation. Work closely with Stream and Program Leadership to oversee delivery, managing dependencies, risks, sequencing, and team alignment. Champion delivery best practices and continuous improvement through effective team structures and knowledge sharing. Lead continuous improvement of Program governance processes and delivery frameworks. Lead the development of reporting material, critically assess statuses that are represented in line with delivery experience. Deliver accurate and timely reporting of project status, risks, and key performance indicators to senior stakeholders and governance forums. Support with timeliness and accuracy of reporting and provide delivery assurance per the overarching delivery framework and processes. Drive alignment across cross-functional teams to meet timelines, quality standards, and business outcomes. Foster a high-performance culture through team leadership, stakeholder collaboration, and clear accountability. Be an active participant in the PM Community of Practice to contribute to capability uplift and delivery excellence. Your experience and qualifications Must have: Proven experience in managing large or complex programs/projects across multiple delivery streams. Strong background in hybrid delivery environments (Agile/Waterfall), particularly involving technology, data, and business outcomes. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and facilitation skills with the ability to manage stakeholders across all levels. Prior experience working on technology resilience, business resilience and/or cyber risk initiatives. Prior experience working on risk management Programs, aimed at overall risk buy down. Skilled in risk management, budget oversight, reporting, and change management. Proactive approach, can operate autonomously and applies critical thinking to everything you do. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong communication skills including experience preparing reports for senior leadership and governance forums. Nice to have: Formal qualifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile PM). Experience working in matrix organisations or highly regulated environments. Familiarity with delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow PPM. Exposure to Agile, Lean and Waterfall methodologies.
