We’re looking for an Executive Recruiter to lead executive-level pipelining and
talent strategy across our growing portfolio of businesses.
In this high-impact role, you’ll partner directly with senior leaders to
anticipate leadership needs, design sourcing strategies, and build deep
pipelines of top executive talent. You will get to help shape how we attract,
engage, and hire the leaders who drive our growth.
You will:
- Own executive hiring strategy in partnership with the Head of Talent
Acquisition and proactive pipeline development
- Advise leaders on talent trends and succession planning
- Build long-term relationships with senior-level candidates
- Drive scalable, repeatable processes across portfolio companies
- Operate with autonomy as a trusted advisor to executives
You bring:
- 12+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on executive or leadership
roles. some in-house experience preferred.
- Proven success building and maintaining proactive pipelines of senior and
executive-level talent, in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategy to company
growth plans.
- Demonstrated skill in influencing executives and shaping talent decisions
through data and insight
- A strategic mindset paired with hands-on recruiting expertise

The expected base salary for this position is: CAD $150,000 - $180,000 and
includes annual bonus and equity (when applicable). Salary is based on a number
of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on
job-related skills and experience.
