Responsabilités principales Participer activement aux initiatives SSE et assurer le suivi des enjeux identifiés. Soutenir l’analyse et la mise en œuvre de solutions novatrices pour atteindre les objectifs du secteur. Agir comme coach et leader transformationnel auprès de son équipe de gestionnaires. Suivre et analyser les indicateurs de performance au quotidien. Fournir un leadership opérationnel pour atteindre les cibles de production. Réaliser les évaluations de performance et offrir un encadrement constructif. Assurer le suivi rigoureux de la qualité des procédés. Contribuer à la définition des objectifs sectoriels et à leur mise en œuvre. Fournir les indicateurs de performance (KPI) pertinents. Profil recherché 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion d’équipe, idéalement en milieu industriel. Leadership affirmé et capacité à prendre des décisions courageuses. Excellentes habiletés de communication et sens de l’écoute. Forte orientation vers les résultats et la résolution de problèmes. Capacité à travailler en équipe et à gérer efficacement les priorités.
