Join our collaborative Corporate Finance team as Controller, Finance Systems Implementations, where you'll play a critical role in shaping our financial technology infrastructure. In this role, you'll bridge finance and technology, ensuring seamless data flow, accurate reporting, and efficient operations across multiple platforms and geographies. What you’ll do Lead configuration, implementation, and administration of enterprise financial systems including Workday ERP, Adaptive Planning, and other platforms (Sage, Dynamics, Everwin, Zoho) Oversee data architecture, master data management, ETL processes, and system integrations including bank connections and payment platforms Manage cross-functional ERP implementation projects from planning through execution, ensuring stakeholder alignment across Finance, IT, Operations, and business units Apply accounting principles to system design and ensure accurate financial reporting, reconciliation processes, and IFRS compliance across multi-currency, multi-entity environments Lead and develop a team of finance systems professionals while managing vendor relationships and external consultants Drive M&A financial system integration efforts for acquired entities and support global operations across Europe, Central America, and other regions Partner with IT and business leaders on system selection, technology roadmap, and development of accounting policies and SOX compliance controls Champion continuous improvement initiatives and process automation using advanced analytical tools and large, complex datasets Provide clear, executive-level communication on project status, risks, and financial impacts of system decisions Prioritize competing initiatives and deliver high-quality outcomes across multiple time-sensitive workstreams in a fast-paced environment What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance/accounting with significant systems implementation exposure Minimum 3-5 years in a management or leadership role Proven track record leading large-scale ERP implementations or system integration projects Exceptional project management and stakeholder communication skills across all organizational levels Strong leadership with ability to influence without direct authority and manage through ambiguity Experience managing vendor relationships and motivating teams through challenging implementations Strong English proficiency (verbal and written) Continuous improvement mindset with focus on automation and efficiency Great to Haves CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification Additional language proficiency (French, Spanish, German) A bit about us We’re a people-focused, customer-first, purpose-driven team who works together every day to innovate and do good.
