As a Project Coordinator (or Business Process Lead / Improvement Specialist / SAP Business Partner depending on your expertise), you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact projects that support BRP’s transformation. You’ll be at the heart of system evolution, helping the business adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:
Lead, coordinate and deliver project activities across teams, consultants, and business stakeholders.
Analyze and track project performance, ensuring alignment with short- and long-term goals.
Facilitate governance meetings and report on project status and risks to senior leadership.
Champion process improvements and harmonization across regions.
Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams (SAP CoE), translating needs into actionable solutions.
Support onboarding and foster a strong SAP Business Partner community.
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in order management, supply chain, or business process improvement.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a curiosity for tech-driven solutions.
Experience with SAP/S4/Hana is a major asset.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
Bilingual fluency in French and English in order to communicate with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec, or unilingual English speaker on a daily basis.
Have experience leading cross-functional projects.
Can challenge business requirements and advocate for standard system solutions.
Are passionate about continuous improvement and operational excellence.
