Job Description: Reporting to the Manager, Retail Category Management for Tim Hortons Canada, this position is responsible for leading new product launches in retail merchandise categories. This position liaises with Retail Channel Management, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations, Legal, Restaurant Tech and Quality Assurance to support Tim Hortons retail business priorities. This position will also communicate with all retail vendors in the development of products and programs. Bring new products and programs to life by project managing all facets of research, product development and commercialization Coordinate cross functionally to ensure successful national and test market program launches Lead projects to improve go-to market initiatives & profitability across in-restaurant and e-comm Ensure VP and LT level visibility and alignment across all test and national initiatives through the Tim Gate process Qualifications: 2-3 years of previous work experience in project management, coordination Previous experience within QSR or retail companies or in marketing is an advantage Bachelor degree, preferably from business, engineering or marketing Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to direct and influence others at all levels Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint Strong attention to detail, communication, and organization skills Benefits at all of our global offices are focused on physical, mental and financial wellness.
