About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scrum Master to join our company. As a key member of our Agile product engineering organization, you will work across two or three engineering teams facilitatingScrum ceremonies, coaching team members on Agile best practices, and helping to remove impediments to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering managers, product managers, developers, QA, infrastructure, and stakeholders to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Guide and coach the team on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
Remove obstacles and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.
Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog.
Track and report on key Agile metrics (e.g., velocity, burndown & burnupcharts,escaped defects).
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Support Agile adoption across the organization and contribute to Agile Center of Excellence initiatives.
Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and Agile teams to manage dependencies and align on delivery goals.
Ensure the team adheres to Agile values and principles while remaining flexible to evolving business needs.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification.
5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
Experience working in enterprise software and SaaS environments.
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
Proficiency with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).
Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
Background in software engineering or product management is a plus.
