Duties: - Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal.
- Monitor cleaning company activities of cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.
- Wash windows, walls, and fixtures as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness in high-traffic and public areas to uphold appearance standards.
- Conduct minor maintenance and repairs such as replacing light bulbs, tightening fixtures, and unclogging drains.
- Identify and report facility issues (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
- Assist maintenance staff with routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure cleaning and maintenance equipment are in good working order.
- Coordinate with external cleaning, maintenance, and repair vendors for scheduled services or emergency work.
- Monitor contractor performance and report issues or delays to supervisors.
- Manage inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies; reorder as needed.
- Manage the breakrooms inventory, coffee, tea, water…
- Create orders for breakroom supplies
- Create orders for cleaning supplies.
Requirement:
-3-5 years of Custodian experience
-Computer skills -General maintenance experience
