Roofing Service Foreman
Location: Surrey Office – 3435 194 St, Surrey, BC V3Z 1A5
Job Type: Hourly | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work: Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Hourly: $35-$45 (based on experience)
Pay Schedule: Paid weekly, every Friday
Reports To: Service & Special Projects Manager

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Service Roofing Foreman to lead and coordinate roofing service projects across the Lower Mainland. What You’ll Do
Supervise and monitor progress across multiple service roofing projects
Coordinate and support site personnel to ensure job site efficiency and safety
Review drawings, project specifications, and timelines with crews and supervisors
Act as a liaison between Bothwell-Accurate, general contractors, and clients
Order, organize, and track materials and equipment deliveries
Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
Submit and verify timesheets and other project documentation
Perform occasional small deliveries or pickups as required
What You Bring to the Team
Minimum 7 years of hands-on roofing experience (required)
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage risks on-site
Superior time management and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with construction materials and industry practices
High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
