Ingénieur(e) électrique – Programme de relève des ingénieurs Alcoa Nous recrutons un(e) ingénieur(e) électrique pour notre Programme de relève des ingénieurs, conçu pour les finissant(e)s ou professionnel(le)s en début de carrière (maximum 2 ans d’expérience). Ce programme est une occasion unique pour accélérer votre développement professionnel et acquérir une vision globale des opérations d’Alcoa au Québec. Vous effectuerez des rotations d’environ 4 mois dans nos trois alumineries : Baie-Comeau : située dans une région désignée par l’UNESCO comme Réserve de la biosphère, spécialisée dans la production de plaques de laminage et lingots-T. Bécancour (ABI) : l’une des plus grandes alumineries au Québec, produisant des lingots T-bars, plaques et billettes. Deschambault : site innovant qui accueille le Centre mondial d’excellence des alumineries d’Alcoa, reconnu pour ses pratiques durables et son expertise technique. Ces rotations vous permettront de travailler avec des équipes variées, de découvrir des environnements industriels différents et de participer à des projets concrets. À la fin du programme, vous intégrerez un poste permanent à notre usine de Baie-Comeau. Pourquoi ce programme ? Vous développerez vos compétences techniques, votre capacité d’adaptation et votre compréhension des enjeux stratégiques de l’industrie.
