What You’ll Do
Contribute to the architecture and design of key application components
Deliver clean, high‑quality, well‑tested code and identify improvements for performance, usability, and maintainability
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to other developers
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to gather feedback and define technical requirements
Coordinate development activities with intermediate and junior developers
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently while contributing to long‑term stability improvements
Ensure application solutions are reliable, scalable, secure, and extensible
What You Bring
5+ years of professional development experience with React and NodeJS
Experience in capital markets environments
Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field
Strong design sense and advanced CSS/UI implementation skills
Excellent communication skills and strong ownership mentality
Experience with document and relational databases (MongoDB, Postgres, MS SQL)
Comfort engaging directly with business stakeholders, product owners, and end users
Experience leading development initiatives or mentoring other developers
Positive, collaborative mindset with a commitment to team success
Nice to Have
A personal website or portfolio showcasing projects
Experience building Java web services
Strong awareness of modern engineering trends and frontend ecosystem advancements
