This opportunity blends accounting, bookkeeping, and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will take ownership of daily financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role plays a key part in maintaining the integrity of our financial data, supporting cross-functional teams, and safeguarding company assets through diligent record-keeping and process management. What you’ll do: Process on time basic accounts, vendor and bank payable Accurately prepare bank redemption reports Accurately process cost recovery, insurance & warranty reporting weekly Creating sales redemption reports on a daily basis Reconcile bank account on a daily basis Reconcile credit card statements & cash expenditures on a monthly basis Reconcile balance sheet accounts Work closely with cross functional departments to ensure all business reporting and compliance is strictly adhered to Ensure company assets are safeguarded Typing accurately and preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records Preparing bank deposits, general ledger postings and statements Scanning & other administrative work Perform other duties as assigned by management Knowledge & Qualifications: Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Accounting, combined with relevant work experience Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data entry and analysis skills Skilled in filing, record keeping, and general administrative support Key Competencies: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks Excellent time management and organizational skills Sound analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems such as Workday Effective communication and teamwork across departments High level of integrity and confidentiality with financial information Adaptable and proactive in handling multiple responsibilities What we offer: We believe in progress with purpose.
